◎简　　介

　　体重达到300磅的律师Bill因为一次交通意外，撞死了一个吉普赛老妇人。由于地方官等人都是他的朋友，让他逃脱了法律的制裁。正在庆幸的他刚走出法庭，死者的父亲迎面过来，对他轻轻说了声——Thinner（瘦下去）。
　　律师飞速的瘦下去，他虽然每天摄取更多的食物，却无法阻止自己急速的瘦下去。当他发现参与做证的人都一个个相继的出现怪异的事情，他终于明白，他受到了诅咒。而此时，他的妻子却怀疑他得了神经病，暗地里和医生勾搭。
　　他找到了那个施咒的老人，试图让诅咒停止，但是老者断然拒绝。于是他找来他曾经救助过的一位意大利黑手党徒，展开报复，逼老者就范。
　　老者同意为他解除诅咒。他拿来一个馅饼，将律师的血淋在上面。老者告诉他，只要有人吃了这个馅饼，那么那个人减少的体重就会恢复在他的身上……
