内容介绍 :	Rich playboy Ye Chunhua falls for songstress Zhu Lan but she is in love with poor artist Fang Zhiwei. Zhu rebuffs Chunhua's advances. However, Zhu Lan asks Chunhua to find Zhiwei a job in an advertising company, on the pretence that Zhiwei is Zhu Lan's cousin. When Zhiwei finds out, he quarrels with Zhu Lan and resigns. Chunhua takes advantage and makes Zhu Lan pregnant. One day, Zhu sees her mother going out in secret. She follows the mother and sees her meeting an old man. Zhu Lan thus learns that the old man is Yongtai, an old servant of the Ye family. Zhu Lan also learns the truth about her true mother being raped by Chunhua's father, Ye Huatang. The mother kills herself. Huatang forces his servant, Zhu Yongtai, to beat up Zhu's father till he dies. Consequently, Yongtai is put in prison and his wife has brought up Zhu Lan all these years. Zhu Lan goes to Chunhua to settle scores but Chunhua pays no heed. Yongtai bursts forth to kill Chunhua in vengeance and willingly gives himself up.
