内容介绍 :	Mak Pak-ngam is the accountant in a textile firm. He conspires with his nephew, Lam Tung-nam, to murder the proprietor, To Kin-hing, and take over his business. Pak-ngam also takes Kin-hing's daughter, Chun-yin, as his second wife. Not hardhearted enough to kill Kin- hing's son, Chung-to, Pak-ngam gives him away to Ma Sung-sin to bring up. Ten years later, the business is under the control of Tung-nam. However, he is not satisfied and wants to grab Pak-ngam's share as well as marry his daughter, Kar-sim. Meanwhile, Pak-ngam, to ease his guilty conscience, employs Chung-to as a private teacher to his son Kar-kui. Kar-sim is also fond of Chung-to, thus arousing the displeasure of Tung-nam, who now sees him as the obstacle to his desires. Tung-nam threatens Pak-ngam with exposure of his crime if he does not dismiss Chung-to. Pak-ngam stands his ground. Tung- nam hires an assassin but he kills Ma Sung-sin and Kar-kui by mistake. Before Ma dies, he tells Chung-to the truth, who swears vengeance. Tung-nam confronts Pak-ngam, demanding to take over the business. Pak -ngam is shot and woundScript Continuity His wife Chun-yin, witnessing the confrontation, picks up a pistol and kills Tung-nam. Before he dies, Pak-ngam asks his daughter, Kar-sim, to marry Chung-to and bequeaths his possessions to the rightful owners, Chung-to and Chun-yin.
