内容介绍 :	Failed scholar Lau Yin-cheung is lost on his journey home. He enters the Temple of the goddess of Mount Hua. Bewitched by the beauty of the goddess' portrait, he composes a poem on the painting, which moves the goddess. She manifests an earthly appearance to marry Yin-cheung and give birth to his child, Chum-heung. When all this is made aware to the God Yi-long, elder brother of the goddess , she is imprisoned at the foot of Mount Hua. The fairy Ling-chi saves Yin-cheung and Chum-heung and they are taken away to safety. More than ten years pass. Chum-heung is now an adult. On learning of his origins, he is struck by grief and vows to rescue his mother. He learns the martial arts from Ling-chi. After subduing the god Yi-long, he goes to Mount Hua with a magic axe to crack open the mountain dungeon that has imprisoned his mother. At this point, Ling-chi hands over a magic lotus lantern to the goddess. While being upheld in heaven, the lantern brings light to all corners of the globe, signaling renewal. Chum-heung is reunited with his family. ( Based on the mythical legend, "The lotus lantern")
