内容介绍 :	A ruthless millionaire uses all means to preserve his power and influence, wrecking the business of fellow competitors. To all intents and purposes, he is a dictator. A tramp, with not a cent to his name, is kind and generous and takes pity on the poor. A dead ringer for the millionaire and is mistaken for him, the tramp assumes the false identity and retaliates for the poor. Mayhem and humour results. (Based on newspaper advertisements.)
