| 内容介绍 : | The chief of the Poisonous Dragon Swamp, Lung Tak-bo, kidnaps the beautiful Chui-ngo, daughter of wealthy gentry Chan Sai-sin. Lau Bing-to, Sai-sin's nephew, offers to rescue Chui-ngo from Tak-bo. Bing-to, a student of the Goddess of Wudang and a man who likes to help others, is known as the Peach Blossom Hero. He chances to meet Tak-bo's sister Tak-chu, and her maid, Kwai-fa who claim to have a little sister falling victim to Tak-bo and plead for help. Consequently, an unsuspecting Bing-to is captured by Tak-bo. Knowing that both women fall for him, Bing-to feigns an agreement to marry Tak-chu. On the night of the wedding, Bing-to secures Kwai-fa's support to help him release Chui-ngo. Taking advantage of the guards' drunkenness, they make their escape. Tak-bo and Tak-chu give chase and catch up with the escapees. Bing-to courageously holds the enemy at bay, and is subsequently helped by a senior, Ho Heung- ko. However, Kwai-fa is killed by a flying dagger as she shields Chui-ngo. Bing-to is seriously injured by poison needles fired by Tak-chu. Heung-ko brings Bing-to and Chui-ngo back to Mount Wudang , where the Goddess saves Bing-to's life with the resurrecting herb. A recovering Bing-to is eager to return to Poisonous Dragon Swamp to capture Tak-bo and Tak-chu, but is advised by the Matriarch to bide his time. (Extracted from the film handbill) |
