内容介绍 :	Thirty-six kung-fu masters seal a code of brotherhood at Chui Ying Tower. One of the members of this brotherhood is Wah Wan-lung, who used to stay in Big Brother Yeung's security escort agency. Later, Wan-lung leaves for Lin'an. He commits a rape and is hunted by the authorities. He takes refuge in the residence of Prime Minister Chun. There, he steals a precious official hat bestowed to Chun by the Emperor. He also brazenly leaves his name on the wall. Prime Minister Chun is outraged. At this point, Monk Chai Kung passes by . Prime Minister Chun asks him for help. Taking up the challenge, Chai Kung leaves with two servants of General Chiu to hunt down Wan-lung. Back at the Chui Ying Tower, Wan-lung is informed by friends Lui Ming and Chan Leung that he is wanted by the authorities. This is overheard by Chai Kung and his party. A fight breaks out, Wan-lung escapes and hides in the house of Brother Ma. When Brother Ma learns that Chai Kung is looking for Wan-long, he advises Wan-lung, Lui Ming and Chan Leung to hide in a secret chamber behind the wall. But Chai Kung spots the haven and agrees to let Wan-lung go on the condition that he returns the official hat. Wan-lung goes on the run, with Chai Kung hot on his tail. (Based on viewing of the film)
