| 内容介绍 : | Security escort Master Chow Leung befriends Wong Tak-bo, an expert fighter, and swears an oath of blood brotherhood. Bidding farewell in a drinking inn, the two men are challenged by ruffian Black Monk. Black Monk is beaten in the brawl, but nurses a grudge to the extent that he breaks into Tak-bo's house and is about to do harm to his fifth son, Tsi-bun, when a passing swordfighting knight, Shan-sai Tung, intervenes and saves the boy. Consequently, Tsi-bun follows Tung to be his disciple. Ten years later, Tsi-bun, nicknamed "Big Blade Wong Fifth," is now an accomplished swordsman who excels in blade fighting. Tsi-bun returns home in search of his parents. Not finding them, Tsi-bun meets Leung and is attached as swordfighter to his security escort team. Corrupt official Ling Sam-si entrusts the agency with the task of escorting a treasury hoard to the city. Unbeknown to Leung, the hoard is money and valuables taken from the people. Tsi-bun is given the task of escorting the consignment. The convoy is ambushed by bandit Wu Tsat but he is beaten back by Tsi-bun . Suffering injuries, Tsat is tended to by a physician who turns out to be Tak-bo. On learning that his son is associated with the oppressor, Tak-bo goes to the inn to see Tsi-bun, and to give him a good scolding for escorting a hoard of loot corruptly obtained. Tsi-bun realises the truth. Later, the upright official, Tam Tsi-tung, asks Tsi-bun to escort a jade statue of the Goddess of Mercy to the capital. Inside the statue is a confidential letter. When Sam-si learns of this, he dispatches his son, the Invincible Kid, to steal the statue. Tsi-bun puts up a stout defense but is outnumbered. It is only with the timely intervention of his master Shan- sai Tung that the statue is secured. (Extracted from the film handbill) |
