内容介绍 :	Lau Ching-wah, son of a rich family, falls in love with his friend Lui Yat-fung's servant girl, Siu-bing, who bears his child. When Ching-wah's father learns of the affair , he arranges a marriage between Ching-wah and Chiu Yu-yuk and soon sends Ching-wah to go into military service. He also forces Siu-bing to write a farewell letter to Ching-wah to terminate the relationship. Ching-wah is thus forced into a marriage with Yu-yuk, who later gives birth to a daughter. Meanwhile, Siu-bing, with a child to feed, finds employment as a wet nurse in Yu-yuk's house. When Yu-yuk discovers the affair between Siu-bing and her husband, she withdraws from the love triangle and hides away in a nunnery. Ching-wah's father finally relents and gives his blessing to Siu-bing and her union with his son. When the war escalates, Ching-wah is called away to the front. Siu-bing flees the war, taking her child and her father-in-law, to take shelter in the nunnery where Yu-yuk is staying. When Ching-wah returns, the family is reunitScript Continuity In seeing her former husband, Yu-yuk maintains her magnanimous stance.
