内容介绍 :	Millionaire Ho Wai-tak and his daughter Yuk-zhen return to Hong Kong from Southeast Asia. Ho intends to pass his twilight years in the territory and buys a villa as his residence. Unknown to him, the former owner is a notorious robber, whose house is fitted with the latest gadgets, mechanised booby traps and a basement dungeon.Wai-tak throws a party to celebrate Yuk-zhen's birthday. He presents her a gold ring as gift, while Yuk-zhen's boyfriend Cheung Kwok-tung gives her a rare sword, presented also as an engagement gift. Wai-tak has an uninvited guest, his old enemy, the jeweller Cheung Tai-ming. That night, Tai-ming stabs Wai-tak with the sword, and is prevented from doing further harm when Wai-tak holds him off with his pistol. Later, Wai-tak is found dead, the murder weapon being the rare sword given to Yuk-zhen. Detective Dai Sum arrives to investigate, and uncovers a 20-year old history of enmity and old scores. A series of investigations finally lead to the resolution of the case. (Based on a newspaper article. Story discontinued due to incomplete sources.)
