内容介绍 :	A girl Suet-ying adores a young man Mui-sang for his great talent and handsome appearance. Her brother Man-leung acts as a matchmaker and gets them married. The husband, famous for his romantic character and the wife , dubious and difficult to handle, love each other fondly and for three years there have been no quarrels. Once, Mui-sang receives a letter from his best friends Sun-ha, a lady, and Ho-leung, a gentleman, which invites him to a meeting. Suspicious of what Mui-sang is going to do, Suet-ying does not allow him to go out, but Mui-sang makes her drunk with wine and sneaks out. Mui-sang's mother follows him, and mistaking Sun -ha's baby as Mui-sang's child, she takes the baby away. By then Sun-Ha is nowhere to be found. Mui-sang asks Ho-leung to disguise himself as a lady and visit Suet-ying, pretending to be his non-marital lover. He hopes to borrow some money from Suet-ying for urgent needs. Thinking that this fake mistress might be pregnant with Mui-sang's offspring, Suet-ying lets him in. Mui-sang and Ho-leung are in great worry. Knowing this, Man-leung takes Suet-ying away, but Mui-sang runs after her and is treated with a good beating of cudgels. Now Ho-leung and Sun-ha appear before them and explain everything. It turns out the Mui-sang has always been loving Suet-ying fondly, but has resorted to such a poor stratagem because of his understanding of Suet- ying's jealous and dubious character. When the misunderstanding is over, Mui-sang and Suet-ying love each other all the more affectionately.
