内容介绍 :	Chin Little and Sai are good old friends. Fair and honest Sai is proud to be a scout. When the two grow older, the clever Little becomes a notorious thief, Itchy Finger, who often works againist Sai the Police Officer. Little is arrested by Sai in a robbery of a department store. He is imprisoned. When he is released , Fatty wants to persuade him to turn a new leaf and be an informal for the police. However, Little is courted by a merchant by the name Lau. He wants to collaborate with Little to steal the huge diamond "Star of the South Sea" . It turns out that Lau is the actual owner of the diamond. After Little has allegedly stolen the diamon, he obtains compensation from the insurance company while still keeping the diamond. Sai realizes that Little is not guilty and he persuades Little to co-operate with him to steal the jewels from Lau. They succeed in recovering the diamond for the police. The insurance company awards them a sum of money. When Little leaves Hong Kong, Sai joins him because he has already got used to the life of a thief and he has with him the "Star of the South Sea".
