内容介绍 :	Talented scholar Lee Yick visits the brothel with his friends Tsui Wan-ming and Wai Ha-hing. He gets to know a famous courtesan Fok Siu-yuk by picking up her hairpin. They get married but are separated by Commander Lo who wants to have Lee as his son-in-law. Lee is sent to station at the border for three years. To take care of Tsui, Fok sells away all her property. When Lo forces Tsui and Wai to convince Lee to desert his wife, Tsui, to return Fok's kindness, rejects the order and is beaten to death. When Lee returns to the capital city, he is tricked by Lo to believe that Fok has sold her hair pin and remarried. He is then forced to marry Lo's daughter. Fok is desperate to hear that Lee has married Lo's daughter. She goes to temple to cry for help. There she encounters a gentleman dressed in yellow and tells him the whole story. He then helps her bring Lee home. The couple then realizes Lo is the cause behind their separation. Lee is seized by Lo again. The gentleman urges Fok to take back her husband from Lo's mansion. Finally, he shows up and saves the couple. It turns that he is the fourth brother of the Emperor. He condemns Lo and grants reunion to the couple.
