内容介绍 :	(Continued from Part One) Orphaned Luk Tak-wai is arranged by his aunt to stay with Lawyer Wai, since it is more convenient to go to school there. He grows up with Man-wah. Wah has feelings for Wai, but he only regards her as his elder sister. Wai grows up to be a lawyer, originally he wants to practice in lawyer Wai's office, but Lawyer Wai bears a great debt and he is not able to employ him. Wai then works at lawyer Ng's office, where he meets Mei-lan. They fall in love and get married. Wai chastens his evil stepfather and the ruffian who harmed Lawyer Wai. Ng helps Wai to get back his ancestral house and estate. Wai and his wife bring Yu-yee home and treat her as their mother. The partner of Lawyer Wai forces Wah to marry him. Wai, together with Ng, reveals the partner's plot. The partner has to flee. The wedding of Tai-ken and Mei-kiu, both are good friends of Wai since child, is cancelled because of their old classmate Ping-yan who seduces and then abandons Kiu. Kiu is so shameful that she kills herself, Wai beats up Yan for this. Lan is pregnant but she slips carelessly. Wai plunges into despair when Lan and the newborn child die in childbirth. Before Lan death, she asks Wah to take care of Wai. Loyal servant Yee reprimands his weakness. Encouraged by Wah, Wai resolves to start anew.
