内容介绍 :	The crew at Chi Wan Shan fire station eat some poisonous vegetables and are admitted to an emergency room. Their principal fireman, Yau Shui, meets Annie who is a newly-qualified doctor. An accident happens in a local construction work site where an elevator collapses. During the rescue the station commander, Fung, falls six storeys and is seriously injured, paralyzing the lower part of his body. Yau Shui meets Annie again and finds out that she has had a quarrel with her boyfriend. Yau Shui tells her that she should not let her personal problems interfere with her work. A new station commander joins Chi Wan Shan fire station. He has heard that this station crew are called "ill-fated jinxes". Also, he wants the crew to increase training. Yau Shui does not agree. At the site of a car accident, Annie wants to amputate a leg of an injured person. Yau Shui insists that he can rescue the person intact. Annie tells him that the leg will have to be cut off when they go to hospital anyway. Yau Shui feels frustrated. Both Madam Lo and Yau Shui go for a promotion interview. Because Yau Shui insists on taking risks to save people, he is failed. Madam Lo's performance is much better. Soon afterwards she finds herself pregnant and discovers that her husband has made holes in the condoms. Madam Lo quarrels with him and she says that she will have a abortion. Annie is drunk and jumps off a building because of personal relations problems. Luckily she is saved by an air bag. Madam Lo saves a baby at a construction site but it later dies in the hospital. Madam Lo is so upset that she changes her mind about the abortion. A weaving factory has a four-alarm fire. Many fire stations are ordered to join the rescue. When Yau Shui leaves with his crew, Annie is waiting for him at the entrance. They kiss and confirm their new relationship. The building that is on fire is six-storeys high and sealded. A sudden rush of oxygen causes a backdraft, making the rescue more difficult. The action commander find a lot of calcium oxide stored in the building and upgrades the fire to 5-alarm. He orders all rescue teams to leave the building as soon as possible. However, the Chi Wan Shan team finds some trapped workers and decides to save them first. When they retreat, all the exits are blocked. Yau Shui and his crew retreat to the gutter and explode the methane there to make an exit. They finally escape and get rid of the name "ill-fated jinxes".
