内容介绍 :	Pak Long-chau and his brothers and sisters-in-law hasten home for their father's funeral. The siblings use every means to lay claim to a box of inheritance left by their father. Second Uncle and his wife, who formerly lived in the mansion, have tried to find the hidden box but they were thwarted by ghosts. Thus they have moved away. Now, the kinsfolk invite them back to the mansion to discuss how to divide the legacy. While the box is still unfound, they start quarreling over the distribution of jewels. The Pak residence is allegedly haunted. The maid Lai-wan and second uncle couple are frightened by ghosts, the wife of the Eldest Brother is captured by the ghosts, the housekeeper is killed, and even Wan becomes missing. Everybody is ill at ease except Chau, who believes in neither ghosts nor gods. Chau catches the servant red-handed as the latter plays the ghost in order to obtain the box. Chau finds inside the box a letter written by his father, which says 'Earn your own living! '.
