内容介绍 :	In high society there is a mysterious lady who calls herself Madam Rose. No one knows her real identity, her real name, or where she lives. Some say that she is a young widow. Others say that she is a dance hall girl. She spends every night at a night-club, and that's where Shum Chung- kei meets her for the first time. Kei is overwhelmed by her beauty. They begin dating. Kei knows very little about Rose. His friend, Yik Ting-on, persuades him to follow Rose and find out where she lives. The two end up in a cemetery and get scolded by a police officer. When Rose was little, her father Fok Wing-sum was betrayed by his business partner Shum Hung, who made him lose all his money. Sum reported to the police and Hung was put in jail . Years later, when the Sino-Japanese war broke out, Hung reappeared as a spy. He used his power to arrest Sum. Although Sum managed to escape later, Hung caught his wife, who died later. Madam Rose hides her real identity because she wants to find Hung's offspring to take revenge. When she confirms that Kei is Hung's son, she takes the initiative to get close to him. They are ready to get married. Kei invites his father to Hong Kong for the wedding. Rose and Sum are very anxious about it. However, Hung is very alert and comes to Hong Kong quietly. He discovers who Rose really is and her motives, too. Rose and Sum go to Hung and they fight. Hung feels guilty about his past. When he tries to jump off a cliff, Sum saves him. The enmity that built up over the years suddenly disappears. Kei and Rose stay together despite all difficulties.
