内容介绍 :	But Fan and the poor girl, Yip Kam-hung, are lovers. After they have sexual relations, Hung discovers that Fan and his cousin, So Man -lei, were betrothed before they were born. Hung decides to give up the relationship with Fan. Fan marries his cousin Lei to return a favour, thus forsaking Hung, the woman he loves. Hung is pregnant but she can't find Fan, Fan's mother even drives her away. Hung gives birth to a daughter, Siu-hung, they depend on each other. Twelve years later, Siu-hung grows up and Kam Hung is seriously ill. Siu Hung has to sing for subsistence. One day she sings near Fan's home. Fan's friend, Lau Hong-kin, recognises Siu-hung's song, one that Fan always sings. Kin questions Siu-hung and finds out that she is Hung's daughter. Fan encounters Hung, who is dying from an illness. Fan He resolves to become a monk, leaving Lei to plead for his return on a snowy night.
