内容介绍 :	Chia Tien-hsiung is the owner of a textile factory. He almost runs bankruptcy and is heavily in debt. In order to save his face, he is not willing to sell his house. He also pretends to live a luxurious life so as to gain trust of the shareholders. Fung Ting-te, a rich merchant, comes to Hong Kong. Seeing that his assistant Ma Yung-nin looks very similar to Ting-te, Tien-hsiung forces him to disguise as Ting-te so that he can draw the shareholders to invest more in his factory. Mrs. Chin, one of the shareholders, likes to fawn on Ting-te. She asks her daughter Yi-hua to make intimate friends with Ting-te. Yi-hua does it unwillingly. Yung-nin gradually falls to Yi-hua. He prepares to tell her the whole truth but there is no chance. Ting-te's wife misunderstands that her husband is having an affair. Yung-nin wants to tell the truth but is stopped by Tien-hsiung. At the moment, Ting-te comes in. Tien-hsiung's plot is thus exposed. The textile factory is sealed up by the court and Tien-hsiung loses everything he has. Yi-hua forgives Yung-nin and they soon get married.
