内容介绍 :	Master Hon has chosen his students, Chun Kar-wong and Chiu Kim- ching, as the candidates from whom his daughter, Yuk-fung, will select her husband. The two candidates arrive at Hon's place, and Fung disguises herself as a maid, while her maid Siu-fung disguises herself as her mistress, and meets them . Ching and Siu-fung fall in love at first sight and even have a sexual relationship. Fung is in love with her father's student Wong but has mistakenly given her love keepsake, a phoenix hairpin, to Chun's classmate Ching. This results in an irreversible wrong match. Then, Hon sets the date of his daughter's wedding. On the wedding night, Fung discovers that there is a mismatch of husband and wife. She is angry and dissatisfied. Ching vainly hopes to make the best of the mistake without correcting it. After Wong has left sadly, Fung flees to look for him, Ching tries catching up with her. Siu-fung, who is pregnant, also leaves home after she is unable to find Ching. Fung meets Siu-fung again in an inn, and helps her give birth to her child. At the same time, Ching, who is a guest in the same inn, is robbed. He tries catching up with her but has to flee himself having killed a robber by accident. He chops the robber's head off and runs away with it. Ching's mother believes that the headless corpse retrieved is his son's and accuses Fung of murder. Wong, the newly crowned Number One Scholar, is assigned to retry the case involving the headless corpse, has nothing to prove her innocence. Just then, Ching returns to clear Fung's name so that she may marry her true love.
