内容介绍 :	Wong Hak-keung and Yip Kim-fei both work as coolies at Ha Chung-sang's rice warehouse. Keung and Ha's daughter, Nam, grew up together and are good friends. Keung once helped an alien and meets Shui. Japan is about to invade Hong Kong. Ha wants to stock up rice for higher prices, so he dismisses all the workers. Keung has angered police officer Fa Wing. He hides at Shui's and the two become friends. Before the Japanese army gets to Hong Kong, chaos and riots break out. Fa Wing rapes Nam. Watching the town turn into a mess, Keung and Fei are both depressed and angry. Fei pretends to work for the Japanese army but is actually helping the Chinese. Keung is caught in Yuen Long. Fei goes to rescue him and kills a real traitor. A Japanese officer forces Nam to marry him but is rejected. He hates Fei and wants to kill him. Keung and Nam find out and kill the officer. With Shui's help, the three of them get onto a boat and try to leave Hong Kong. However, they are discovered and stopped by the Japanese coastguard. Fei hides explosives under his shirt and goes onto the Japanese boat. There he explodes with the Japanese coastguard. Keung and Nam are deeply upset watching how Fei sacrifices himself to save them. All they can do is wait for the long overdue dawn on the dark sea.
