内容介绍 :	Real Estate Developer Wong Yat-fei has been kidnapped, and since then he wants the police to protect him . The police send Inspector Chan of Serious Crime Bureau to protect Wong. Chan discovers that Wong embezzles part of the workers' salaries. On the other hand, the chief of the Serious Crime Bureau, Inspector Hung, is not satisfied with a police salary. Although he saved Wong once, he collaborates with the gangsters and kidnaps Wong again. They ask for US$60 million. When the police pay the ransom, they discover that a Taiwan gang is involved in this case. Chan is sent to Taiwan to investigate. Hung does not want to be exposed and goes to Taiwan with Chan. During the investigation, Hung repeatedly ruins the evidence. Chan begins to suspect him and finally finds Hung's accomplices. Hung then fights fiercely with Chan. Chan faints and Hung escapes. Chan discovers the lair of the Hong Kong kidnappers and arrests Hung. Hung is pinned down by a rock and Chan risks his life to save him. Hung is touched and tells Chan where to find Wong.
