内容介绍 :	Yu Hing-man has been pushed off a building. Lau Sui-fong and her son Wai-choi both claim responsibility. The police then detains Wai-choi. Lau does not want Wai-choi takes the blame for her and begs ex-employer Hing-man to call off the case. However, Hing-man refuses. He says that he will call off the case only if Lau's daughter Lai-ngo agrees to marry him. In order to save her mother and elder brother, Lai-ngo complies. On the engagement day, Hing-man's father, Yu, recognizes Lau. Lau is the maid who sold Yu her son and daughter 20 years ago. He fears that his children will know the truth and so he cancels the engagement. After this incident, Wai- choi and Lai-ngo become police and teacher respectively and they are both devoted to their work. On the other hand, after Yu's death, Hing-man and his younger sister squander away all the family money and live in destitution. Lau does not want to see her children suffer and gives them financial aids. However, as Wai-choi hates them very much, he always forbids Lau to do so. Finally, Lau tells them Hing-man and his younger sister are actually her children. Wai-choi and Lai-ngo are the children of the ex-wife of Lau's husband. When her husband dies, Lau had no money and sold her children to Yu's couple in order to raise Wai-choi and Lai-ngo. Wai-choi, Lai- ngo, Hing-man and his younger sister are touched and they live together with Lau happily.
