内容介绍 :	Young widow Yin Shaoqing single-handedly brings up her son Xiaoming. Between her two suitors, Yin favours George Ding, in reality a philanderer, over Feng Hua, an upright and down-to-earth young man. Hua has lost his wife for a few years, and his parents help to raise his three daughters. On the other hand, George has a luxurious life style, but his income is actually procured from lonely rich wives. When she is beguiled into becoming a taxi dancer under George's influence, Qing resolves to leave George. Seeing Qing's misery, Hua can no longer withhold his feeling and confides his love to her, they got married. Hua's parents do not like Qing, and coach Hua's daughters to ostracize Qing, and drives her son Ming from the house. Qing tries her best to be a good wife, stepmother, and daughter-in-law, and people begin to change their view about her. One day, Ming goes to visit his mother, and he suffers injury in the head when he tries to help one of Hua's daughters. Qing sent Ming back to his place. Hua blames Qing for negligence and not taking good care of her own son, but it was his parents who tell the truth. Everybody accepts Ming, and the family happily unites together.
