内容介绍 :	Widower Ting Pak-kwan has four daughters. Three of them have steady partners, except the eldest daughter Tai-bo. Kwan is concerned she might lose her chance of marriage , and tries to match-make for her. Elvis is introduced to Tai-bo through Cheung Kam-choi, Sam-po's beau. Elvis is a superficial person and is not liked by Tai-bo. Kwan has a crutch on Chu Man- chun, a spinster and a neighbor, but Chun remains indifferent. Due to some misunderstandings, Chun and Kwan become hostile. Chun's nephew Chu Ying-kit is a learned and good-looking fellow. One day after a swim at the beach, Tai- bo is teased and harassed by some scoundrels and is saved by Kit. The two are instantly attracted by each other. Kwan is happy to learn Tai-bo has found someone she likes, and wants to meet the young man's family. The family hopes that Tai-bo will first tie the marriage knot with Kit. However, Chu's maiden aunt Chun bears a grudge against Kwan . The marriage is put on hold. The meeting turns out to be a disaster. Both Kwan and Chun forbid the two lovers to see other. Kwan's other three daughters try to set up a meeting for Tai-bo and Kit but that plan leaks. Kwan goes to Chun's house with the intention of raising objection, but is surprised to find Chun has drawn a portrait of him in the house, with autographs of loving words. In fact, Kwan and Chun admire each other but refuse to admit to it until now. They give their blessings to the young lovers and decides to get married themselves.
