内容介绍 :	Minor bank staff Tao Zutai has five children. Tai's wife continues to squander money on the gambling talbe; his vain daughter Guiru is lazy and loves to enjoy life; and Shin-chu the second son does not like school; and the other two sons and the daughter are too young to know any difference, so Tai has to shoulder the responsibility of caring and providing for the family. Tai receives notice that he is about to be promoted to Assistant Manager, and he happily informs his family. Later, the position of Assistant Manager is given to Hu chi-min, Tai is extremely disappointed. What makes thing worse is when Tai takes his family out, he is sacked having come across the adulterous affairs of the wife of his superior. After he loses his job, Tai is frustrated and desperate. He keeps the bad news from his family and looks for another job. Min is attracted by Ru's beauty and begins to capture her attention. Little Wang, Ru's boyfriend, fears that she might be taken advantage of, so he keeps a watch on the side. Ru is nearly raped by Min but is saved in the nick of time by Wang. When Tai's wife and daughter learn that he has been working humiliatingly as a clown at an amusement park, they repent and lead a simple life.
