内容介绍 :	Inspector Lui Chun-ying unexpectedly witnesses the assault of a prostitute and the latter sustains serious injury. The suspect is Councilor Lam Keung. During investigation, Lui accidentally jeopardizes the ICAC's (Independent Commissioner Against Corruption) move for the arrest of Lam. The Deputy Director Chiang Wai-kei forbids the police to interfere. However, Lui will not compromise and he decides to find out the whereabouts of Judy. His action arouses the attention of the ICAC. Then the group's head Daisy discovers that her senior Chiang whom she most admires is in fact the master behind the scene of the prostitution clique. So she helps Lui to find out Judy and reports the case to the Director. Chiang is then dismissed and in rage, he threatens the Councilor Lau Shuk- wai, who has illicit sexual relations with him, to hold a public hearing on the matter for self-defence. During the public hearing, all the councillors are partial to Chiang. Fortunately Lui and Judy arrive in time and they disclose that Chiang is in fact the mastermind of the prostitution activities, and councilors are under his control. At once, the councilors trim their sails before the wind. Ultimately, Chiang cannot escape the net of justice.
