内容介绍 :	Wong Chi-ming is a doctor serving a jail sentence, though innocent of the charge. He breaks out of jail and is wounded, but is saved by a robber. To survive, he resorts to robbery. Attempting robbery in the railway station, his associate is beaten up by a policeman and runs away. Chi-ming is overcome by his conscience and wishes to return the stolen money to his victim, Mui Hoi-pui. However, Hoi-pui has killed himself because he lost the money which was to be used as medical expenses for his mother. Chi-ming searches for Hoi-pui's sister, Mui Ying , but to no avail. Together with an old classmate, Pak Ping, he establishes a free clinic with the money in the hope of redeeming himself. He discovers that Ying and her mother are living under the roof of a rascal named Master Wong. Wong forces Ying to become a stripper to repay a debt. Unable to repay their debts, mother and daughter are driven out of the house. In the cause of struggling, the mother gets banged on the wall and dies. A grieving Ying is also wounded severely but is saved by Chi-ming. At this point, the missing robber and Master Wong's gang besiege the clinic demanding Ying. Chi-ming declares his love towards Ying and reveals the background of his being responsible for Hoi-pui's death. In the combat that follows, Ying stabs Wong to death and Chi-ming gives himself up to the police. (Based on viewing of the film.)
