内容介绍 :	Fai is a triad member who has bad luck. He is later guided by an old man to look for old woman Sze. With Sze's help, Fai is able to know what happened in his previous life. He was a lawyer previously and worked for a triad master So Hung. Fai and Siu Fu-yung fell in love with each other. Siu Fu-yung was the learning mate of So Hung's mistress Wai-sin, a popular actress of Cantonese opera. Wai-sin admired Fai and seduced him repeatedly. But as Fai already had a lover, he was not tempted. So Hung also kept a covetous eye on Siu Fu-yung's beauty. One day, Wai-sin went to look for Fai. When she saw that Siu Fu-yung was at his home, she was so jealous that she wanted to kill Siu Fu-yung. Fai stopped her and during the subsequent scuffle, Wai-sin slipped, fell and died. Fai intended to expose So Hung's crimes, but was discovered by So and was killed . Siu Fu-yung committed suicide so as not to be violated by So. In a fury, So Hung places a venomous curse on Fai so that he would have bad luck in his next ten lives. He even put Siu Fu-yung's soul into a lantern. After realizing his previous life, Fai wants to look for So Hung and seize the lantern back so that he can release Siu Fu-yung's soul. In the process, Fai encounters a series of setbacks and a lot of danger. He is even pursued by Wai-sin's ghost. Fortunately, he is helped by Siu Fu-yung's ghost and policeman Pao Ching-kwong. Fai is finally able to turn his ill luck into good and annihilate So Hung and Wai-sin's ghost. But it is a pity that Siu Fu-yung is beaten by So Hung to the extent that her soul disintegrates, leaving a heart-broken Fai behind.
