内容介绍 :	Lam Lan is the elder sister of Lam Cheung. Siu Lai is the foster daughter of Lam Lan. The three work in the farm for a living . Cheung's ideal is to open a school for the farm-boys, but he has no capital. He can only teach the farm-boys writing on sand after work free of charge. Cheung saves rich heiress Wong Yuen-yin from the advances of the landlord Fung Yan-tsang, who thus feuds with Cheung. Cheung leaves for the city to earn a living with Lan and Lai. ? Later, Wong's brother Wai-leung learns that Lai is in fact his own lost daughter, he gives Lai a ton of gold and offers to finance Cheung in setting up a school in the village. The little girl acts as a go-between for Yin and Cheung.
