内容介绍 :	Magician Chia Szu-chen and his three beautiful daughters sing and dance in the Capital Night Club to make a living. Chia is infatuated with Hsiao Hua, a social dance girl, on whom he spends all the money earned by the blood and sweat of his three daughters. As the daughters have tried to help him come to his senses, but to no avail, they resolve to leave their father and make their own living. The eldest girl, Tsui-tsui, is unfortunate in having met a swindler who deceives her in love and in money. Feeling down, she loses direction for a considerable time and is only able to regain her self-assurance when she meets a talented bandleader, Fang Yuen-tai. The second sister, Chuen-chuen, marries a composer, Chen Tze-ching, with whom she forms a dance group, the Hong Kong Song and Dance Troupe, to continue her career as a stage performer. The third sister, Ting-ting, vows to become a ballerina and registers with a ballet school to pursue her interest, working part time in the same school to finance her study and livelihood. A performance of the Hong Kong Song and Dance Troupe is well received and Ching's talent is recognised by an invitation to participate in TV programs. The couple's happiness escalates when Chuen is confirmed to be pregnant with Ching's baby. When the father and Tsui meet up again on one occasion, she realises that her father has changed and reconcile their differences. Unfortunately, this comes with the news of Ching's death in an accident. The family feel the transience and helplessness of life and the three sisters decide to put on a last stage performance to pay tribute to Ching's short-lived talents.
