内容介绍 :	University student Wai-ching is forced by her money-minded mother to marry lawyer Lo Chiu-yin. Being in love with a cousin. Chiu-yin maintains his distance with Wai-ching. Later, Chiu-yin changes profession to become a businessman, prodded on by his lover. Chiu-yin then has an affair with Man-fong, Wai-ching's cousin. Man-fong is married, and the extra-marital affair eventually leads to her suicide. After ten years of marriage, Wai-ching finally asks for a divorce and single-handedly brings up their daughter Mei-mei. Mei-mei grows up and meets the man of her dreams. On the day of their wedding, Chiu-yin peeps in from outside , without the courage to greet his daughter. (Based on a newspaper article.)
