内容介绍 :	Lee Tai-shui and Lee Tai-ho are brother and sister who live separately in a two-storeyed village house. Tai-ho, a conservative teacher, lives on the ground floor. The night before her friend Siu-ling gets married, Siu-ling's sworn sisters accompany her to spend the night in a hotel. They ask Siu-ling to have fun by finding a male prostitute. But Siu-ling is unwilling to do so unless they all participate. Tai-ho makes an excuse to go to the washroom. By accident, she meets the killer Cheung Wai-lun, who is escaping from being pursued and killed. He catches Tai-ho into a room as his shield. Tai-ho thinks that Cheung is a male prostitute and after hard struggle, she manages to leave and run away. Tai-shui has to go to the mainland to do business and lets out the upper floor where he lives. Unexpectedly, the tenant is Cheung. Tai-ho keeps a wary eye on Cheung and makes a few simple rules that are to be observed by both sides. Cheung has a good impression on Tai-ho because of her unreserved manner. The killer who pursues Cheung arrives soon and during confrontation, he shoots a family to death. Under the stimulus of the incident, Cheung gets drunk in front of his home at the rainy night. As Tai-ho is unwilling to see this, she helps him go into her home and looks after him. But she falls ill because of this, which makes Cheung feel sorry and he takes care of her in turn. Their relationship grows. The villagers spread the rumour that Cheung is a male prostitute and plan to drive him out of their village. Tai-ho personally shields Cheung and this makes their relationship even closer. Cheung confesses that he himself is a killer, but Tai-ho does not believe him. Later, the killer arrives at Tai-ho's home and attempts to kill both of them. Cheung is forced to shoot him to death. But he is unable to escape legal sanctions. Fortunately, Tai-ho forgives and understands him and gladly promises to wait for his release from prison.
