内容介绍 :	Painter Wong Chun-wah lives with his younger sister Rose and they do not have to worry about money. Rose is active and lively and loves to make friends with the opposite sex. Unable to discipline her, Chun-wah can only give her as much care as he can. His best friend Chow Sze-fei urges him to think about himself, but Chun-wah prefers to give up his private life in order to accompany his sister. Sze-fei is gradually attracted by Rose and this makes Chun-wah furious. He slaps Rose on the face. Rose is infatuated by Kwok-tung, a handsome man. Although Kwok-tung is going to get married soon, Rose still captures him. Thus when she hears the news about his marriage, she is pulled out of shape and decides to go to Paris and study. Chun-wah is unwilling to let her go. In Paris, Rose gradually learns how to live independently and has a happy relationship with her schoolmate Hip-man. When Chun-wah goes to visit her, he finds that Rose is reluctant to lead a prosaic wife. But as she refuses to return to Hong Kong, Chun-wah has no choice but to support her quietly. Upon his return to Hong Kong, he falls ill and dies. After her divorce with Hip-man , Rose comes back to Hong Kong to inherit her ancestor's house and live with her daughter. Although she meets Kwok-tung again and gets acquainted with designer Ga-fai, she feels that she has been insensitive to love since a long time ago. Unexpectedly when she meets Ga-fai's elder brother Ga-ming by chance, she is surprised to find that he looks exactly like Chun-wah. She then realizes that she can never forget her brother. She makes an engagement with Ga-ming. But on the day when the couple are going to take photographs, Ga-ming dies as a result of a car accident on his way. Rose suffers pain and misery again.
