内容介绍 :	Du Shafei is the daughter of a millionaire courted by many suitors. However, she loves Zhang Ping, a petty employee who pretends to be the manager of a company. Zhang Ping finds favour with Master Du and eventually marries Shafei. After the marriage, the couple constantly bickers over trivial matters. Unable to stand Shafei's hot templer, Zhang Ping leaves the house. Zhang Ping's business thrives while the Du Family falls into hard times. On her father's urging, Shafei is reconciled with Zhang Ping. However, seeing that Shafei now depends on him, Zhang Ping now plays tricks on Shafei. Angered, Shafei decides to leave Zhang Ping and becomes independent. Feeling remorseful, Zhang Ping seeks Shafei who has now become a teacher. The couple strolls in the countryside and when taking shelter in a peasant's home, they learn of a peasant girl's difficulty in marrying the man she loves. Shafei and Zhang Ping realise the value of love and happiness at last. (Based on viewing the film.)
