内容介绍 :	Lang Yeuk-sheung graduates from secondary school with the support of cousin Mui Ka-ching. In a bid to become independent, she finds a job as a waitress in the restaurant where Ka-ching works, but keeps it from her boyfriend, Mang Chau-fan. Meanwhile, Chau-fan's father, Sai-tong, a company manager, wants his son to marry his cousin Auyeung Man-ying. Man-ying carries a jealous grudge against Yeuk-sheung and constantly bad-mouths her in front of Sai-tong. Hui Sun-fu is a regular client at the restaurant. He was in love with a waitress who had died from an illness, and because Yeuk-sheung looks like his love, he demands that he be served by Yeuk-sheung each time. Sun-fu makes his intention to take Yeuk-sheung away known but the latter rejects his proposals. Chau-fan discovers that Yeuk-sheung is working as a waitress and goes into a rage. Instigated by Man-ying, Sai-tong confronts Yeuk-sheung and demands that she ends her relationship with Chau-fan. Depressed, Yeuk-sheung agrees to become engaged to Sun-fu, while Chau-fan agrees to marry Man-ying. Later, Chau-fan is told the truth of the situation by Ka-ching. He goes to see Yeuk-sheung to ask for her forgiveness. Yeuk-sheung and Sun-fu are organising a school. She is reluctant to leave Sun-fu, but the latter is aware of their relationship. Finally, Sun-fu lets Yeuk- sheung follow Chau-fan while he devotes his life to educational work. (Extracted from the film handbill.)
