内容介绍 :	Ho Chuen-chung's wife gives birth to twin daughters. As he wants a son to inherit his business, the elder daughter, Man-fong, is given to a peasant woman in exchange for her son. However , the woman later changes her mind and demands her son back. Thus, Mrs Ho has to bring up her daughter Man-fong as a boy, keeping the child's real sex a secret to her husband. Eighteen years later, Man-fong falls in love with her cousin Wong Bing-hung, but he is in love with her twin sister, Shui-fen. Shui-fen, on the other hand, is in love with Chiu See-wah, the son of a private instructor. Acting on the suggestion of the maid Ah Fa, Man-fong makes a date with Bing-hung using Shui-fen's name. The two meet in the garden at night and Bing-hung is not aware that he is making love to Man-fong. Meanwhile , Chuen-chung, eager to have grandchildren, arranges a marriage between Man-fong and the maid Ah Fa. Bing-hung, jealous of See-wah's relationship with Shui-fen, reveals that he had an affair with Shui-fen in the garden. Outraged, See-wah breaks off relationship with Shui-fen and informs Bing-hung's father, Kai-sin, who goes to the Ho household to offer Chuen-chung an apology. When an angry Chuen-chung is about to punish Shui -fen, Man-fong confesses. Everything is revealed, including Man-fong's real sex. Finally, Shui-fen and See-wah are reconciled, while Bing-hung is matched with Man-fong. (Extracted from the film brochure)
