内容介绍 :	Koo Hon-chung is a rich miser hunting for a government title to enrich his honours. A con-man, Ng Tak-ching, seizes this chance to cheat Koo of his fortune. Tak-ching pays poor scholar Kam Chun -yin in return for him to pose as the son of a mayor returning from overseas. Chun-yin goes along with the scheme because he needs money to pay the medical bills of his sick mother. Tak-ching also forces his sister, Lucy, to pose as Chun-yin's secretary. Lucy falls in love with Chun-yin, but Chun-yin falls for Hon-chung's daughter Koo-yuk who also loves him at first sight. Believing that Chun-yin is rich, Koo-yuk asks him to sponsor her and her friends to build a school for poor children. Chun-yin reluctantly agrees to help and appeals to Lucy for help. Lucy hands over a forged official letter of appointment obtained by Tak-ching to Hon-chung, in return for $100000. Lucy then gives the money to Chun-yin on the condition that he marries her. However, the fraud is exposed. Tak-ching and Lucy are arrested. With the money, Chun-yin and Koo-yuk realise their dream of starting a school for poor children. (Extracted from a newspaper synopsis.)
