内容介绍 :	Cheung Wai and Leung Fun are engaged. Cheung Wai is as an ambulance driver while Leung Fun is a first aid attendant. Fun's mother, nicknamed Third Aunt, is a laundry woman, while her father Leung Shui is an alcoholic who has often been taken to task by his wife. One day, Third Aunt finds a lottery ticket among her laundry and keeps it. It happens that she has won the first prize and the family suddenly becomes rich. Flaunting their riches, they attract the attention of a con man Poon Boon-hiu and a coquette Lily. Boon-hiu masquerades as a banker to court Fun, while Lily pretends to be Boon-hiu's sister, throwing her seductive charms at the father. Third Aunt despises Cheung Wai and conspires with Boon-hiu to make him believe that Fun is now a snob who is no longer faithful to him. Fun enters a car beauty contest. Before the contest, Fun overhears Third Aunt and Boon-hiu's conspiracy. She decides to forsake riches, leave the family and work as a first aid attendant again. Third Aunt, instigated by Boon-hiu, joins the contest and is injured when her car flips over off course. Meanwhile, Leung Shui steals Third Aunt's seal and withdraws all the money from her account, intending to run away with Lily. However, Shui is abandoned at the airport, as Lily boards a plane with Boon-hiu. The plane crashes, killing Lily and Boon-hiu. The couple's dreams are smashed, Third Aunt and Leung Shui have to start all over again, while Fun and Cheung Wai get married and live happily together. (Based on viewing of the film)
