内容介绍 :	Well-known opera star Ching Suet-hung meets a heiress Tong Sin-ying during one of his performances. Suet-hung is immediately attracted by Sin-ying's beauty, but Sin-ying is prejudiced against opera actors and leaves in a hurry with her friend Kwok Bing-nam. Suet-hung makes arrangements to meet Sin-ying but this leads to a series of embarrassing situations that deepen Sin-ying's antipathy for the actor. When Suet-hung eventually arranges to meet Sin-ying for a date at the Peninsula Hotel, Sin-ying plans to break the appointment. Chow Yuk-ping, the actress who has a crush on Suet-hung, together with Bing-nam, play pranks on Suet- hung resulting in them finally meeting each other and breaking the ice. Sin-ying even begins to take opera lessons from Suet-hung. One day, Sin-ying's sister Suet-ching has a quarrel with her boyfriend Chiu Bong-kit. Bing- nam seizes the chance to bring Suet-ching to the countryside, planning to have his way with Suet-ching. Learning about this, Sin-ying and Bong-kit follow them. Fortunately, Suet-ching puts up a struggle and manages to escape . In the next morning, Sin-ying meets Suet-hung to explain matters. But Suet-hung gives no chance for her to do so by swearing at her. When Suet-hung is later told by Bong-kit the true picture, Suet -hung is repentant, but Sin-ying snubs him. An upset Suet-hung makes a lot of mistakes during his performances. To bring Sin-ying and Suet-hung together again, Bong-kit persuades Sin-ying to play a cameo part in Suet-hung's performance. When the two lovers meet on the stage, they resolve all their disagreements and gain a resounding applause from the audience. (Extracted from the film brochure.)
