内容介绍 :	Detective Inspector Lee from Hong Kong teams with rogue LAPD detective James Carter to find the kidnappers of the Chinese Consul's daughter. Carter is assigned by FBI originally to distract Lee but he finds that he has underestimated Lee. As two cops finally realize that they become tangled in a deadly web of revenge, deceit and betrayal, they join force together to investigate the case which could otherwise endanger the international relation between US and China.
