内容介绍 :	After outbreak of the second American civil war, the entire nation is controlled by Congressionalist Army. The only neutral state left is Steel Harbour where the Hammerhead Bar is owned by Bard Wire who is a former Freedom Fighter. Axel Hood, a Freedom Fighter, escort a heavily disguised Cora D who must get to Canada in order to warn the Truce Commission of a globally catastrophic biological weapon that the Congressional forces plan to expose to their enemies. Hood is aware that Bard is one of the fewer in Steel Harbour who can help him. But Bard denied him. Finally, as she finds her unique younger blind brother Charlie who is killed by Congressionalist, she changes her mind and decides to assist Cora D escape from America. (quoted from DVD covers)
