内容介绍 :	Samo and Jackie are brothers. Samo is mentally retarded and unemployed whereas Jackie is a brilliant policeman. The relationship between Melvin Wong and him deterorates daily. At last, he resigns and applies for a seaman's job. He is very delighted as he is successfully employed. However, Samo has misunderstandings about his brother's situation. He tries to find a job too, but in vain. One day, gangster Chung Fat is transporting some "hot" jewelley while Samo is playing cops and robbers with several children in the street.
