内容介绍 :	Yang Qian, broke and driven into a cul-de-sac, is mistaken for the inspector general arriving from the capital. The county chief and a host of minor officials swarm forward to curry favour with Yang, giving rise to numerous hilarious incidents. The wife and daughter of the county chief also involve themselves in contending for Yang's favour. Meanwhile, Yang flees with his absconded money. When the real inspector general turns up, calamity awaits the county folks.
