| 内容介绍 : | Wai Fa-sau becomes a songstress but conceals it from her brother Yuk-shing; Yeung Tin-bo is a professional thief which his sister Yuet-ngo has no knowledge of. Their identities are duly exposed by the brothel visitor Lo Sheung-fung at the engagement party of Yuk-shing and Yuet-ngo. Yuk-shing storms away in a rage, ashamed at their pretences. The sympathy Fa-sau and Tin-bo share swiftly blossoms into romance and marriage. The disgruntled Yuet-ngo blames Fa-sau for ruining her engagement day. Ruffian Mo Sau exploits her vulnerability to accuse Fa-sau of infidelity which leads to the husband's departure, and forces himself on Yuet-ngo. Fa-sau kills Mo in defence but Yuet-ngo fails to survive the brutal assault and leaves her brother a letter detailing the course of event before she expires. The note is picked up by a neighbouring girl Siu-ling. When the day of Fa-sau's execution for murder comes, Tin-bo and Yuk-shing return as feudal princes after a heroic save of the emperor. The case reopens, redressing the grievances of the wrongly accused with the letter which Siu-ling timely presents to court. Fa-sau is acquitted and returns to her husband and brother. |
