内容介绍 : | Tiger Fok controls and operates the gambling and prostitution rings in Phoenix Market. Refusing to collude with the ringleader, his blood brother Wai Tin-pang lives a reclusive life with his wife and daughter away from the land of vice. One day, Wai's wife helps the sing-song girl Yeung Lau-ching fend off the sexual harassment of Tiger's son Siu- hung, who rapes and kills the intruder in revenge. Wai vows to deliver the real culprit to justice, but Tiger harbours his son and helps in his escape. Wai arrests the fugitive in an ambush. Tiger's sidekick Ma Kwai conspires with the Japanese troops and frames Wai for the murder of Siu-hung to provoke internal strife and discord between the sworn brothers, while the enemy is about to invade and occupy the town. Yeung catches wind of the scheme and alerts Tiger, who tightens security at the market entrance in preparation for bloodshed and revenge. With his personal vendetta exacted, Tiger agrees to the crackdown on the shady business at Phoenix Market and joins hand with Wai to commit in patriotic causes. |
