| 内容介绍 : | Tong Man-cheong, son of the vice minister of the Board of Rites , encounters Cheng Wan-ying, daughter of a middle-class family. War Minister Wong Si-cheong hankers after Cheng and threatens her to enter his household as a resident songstress with the imprisonment of her father. Later Man-cheong pays a brief visit to the Wong residence to meet Cheng, who hints at their union on the day of the full moon. Man-cheong attends the appointment accompanied by the guard Ngan Fung, but Wong watches their every move and locks him up. Man-cheong is released only when his father Bing-fun intercedes and asks for leniency. From then on, the two are put under house arrest. Disheartened by Man-cheong's lovelorn state, Ngan stealthily rescues Cheng and puts her up at his grandmother's. In retaliation, an enraged Si-cheong makes false charges against Bing-fun. Ngan's grandmother is killed during arrest. Ngan abducts Si-cheong to the imperial palace where the emperor rules in favour of the innocent Bing-fun and sentences Si-cheong to imperial prison.
