内容介绍 : | Baron Chiu Tun and general To On- ku are praised by Emperor Ling of Jin in staving off the invaders. Chiu's son is chosen as the princess consort in recognition of the father's loyal services, which incurs the wrath of To who frames Chiu for treason. The emperor orders the annihilation of the Chiu clan. To's attempts to hunt down and kill the newborn son of the princess are thwarted by the royal doctor Ching Ying, who sacrifices his own son to the noble cause. Ching raises the royal blood and names him Ching Boot. The childless general also claims Boot as his godson. Years later, Boot is informed of his royal identity and reunites with the princess, his birth mother. The princess thwarts To's plans to poison the ailing emperor in an attempt to usurp the throne. Boot wields his blade to slaughter the traitor. (Quoted from DVD cover) |
